Shipping and Ordering Process

  1. All memorials are custom made by hand in Cumberland, Rhode Island.
  2. Order is placed with a Windsong Memorials authorized distributor.
  3. Windsong Memorials provides a template via email which needs to be completed and sent to us with all or a portion of your loved one's cremains. Pet Memorial orders should include a photo of the departed pet.
  4. Windsong Memorials creates your memorial and ships it to you or the distributor once it's complete.
  5. Total time to completion is approximately two weeks from the date we receive the cremains.
  6. Payment Options: Credit Card, PayPal, or Cashier's Check.
